Meet Renee
Renee Boulger is a driven Colorado native with over 30 years of deep experience in the financial services industry. As the Director of Operations at Valorem Financial, she oversees the firm’s operational and service functions, with a specialized focus on compliance, workflow optimization, and strategic service delivery.
Before joining Valorem, Renee spent a decade at a top-tier tech company’s credit union and eight and a half years as a Managing Director for a financial planning firm. A licensed professional in Property & Casual and Life/Health Insurance, she leverages her extensive background to streamline internal processes and manage external partner relations. Renee is inspired by Valorem’s strong foundation and the diverse perspectives of its team, and she is eager to mentor and lead the firm toward continued growth.
Outside the office, Renee is dedicated to her faith and her family, finding her greatest joy in traveling together and creating lasting memories. You can find her on the golf course if you don’t find her traveling.
